Terms and Conditions

All bookings until the the end of September 2021 can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, if official restrictions (closed border, our place is closed etc.) due the corona virus make a stay not possible. For all other cases our normal cancellation conditions apply - see below. Please note that your booking is subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006) . You can find the exact wording here. These regulations also set our cancellation fees. We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance (for example, with the European Travel Insurance - the form can be found here).  Please note that we will ask you for a deposit of about 30% of the total amount. Pets are not allowed in our house.  Important note in accordance with the German Telecommunications and Foreign Trade Act (FAGG): For written and telephone bookings, bookings by FAX and online bookings (remote sales agreements) Section 18 para. 1 no. 11 FAGG does not constitute a right of withdrawal by the consumer.
