You can use the equipment free of charge during your stay - simply contact us if you need it.

We are happy to provide you with bathrobes for your entire stay - one-off hire charge: € 5. You will find big bath towels in the front room cupboard of your apartment.

Our guests value their privacy very much, so we ask you not to have visits from external people.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house. Each flat is equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, our fire alarm system is activated immediately throughout the building. The fire brigade number is 122 - fire blankets are located in your kitchens and fire extinguishers are set up in all corridors.

In case of fire:
If the corridors are smoke-free, please go immediately to the assembly point on the lakeside lawn in front of the building. If there is smoke in the corridors, close the door to your flat, place a wet bath towel in front of the slit between the door and the floor, close the sliding glass door and go to your terrace - keep calm and wait for help.

Start your day with wonderfully baked goods from the Mitsche bakery in Rosegg. On request, we can bring you rolls, pastries and more directly to your door by around 7.30 am.

Please send us your order by 3 pm the day before. The following rolls are available:
(bread roll (=Semmel) - € 0.50 / Kornspitz, pumpkin seed roll, sunflower roll, Kipferl, poppy seed roll, Laugenstange, croissant - € 1.20 each / curd cheese roll, nut roll, chocolate croissant - € 2.20 each)

Please note that we will automatically keep your order for the duration of your stay. So you don't have to tell us what you want every day.

Depending on availability, you can charge your e-car for a flat rate of € 25 (without liability).

We assume no liability for objects/valuables that are in the apartment or in the safe. We kindly ask you to take note of this.

The organic coffee capsules from the Austrian company “Fabico” are available directly from the self-service store right next to reception - one pack costs € 5 and contains 10 capsules.

The nearest pharmacies are located at Dietrichsteiner Straße 7 in 9583 Faak am See and at Maria Gailer Straße 36 in 9500 Villach.

Would you like Gabriela Lindblom to give you a relaxing massage? Choose between either 30 minutes or a full hour of relaxation. The massages take place in our wellness area on Mondays and Thursdays.

Our bicycles are available free of charge for excursions by bike, subject to availability. You can also hire our two e-bikes for € 18 for the whole day and € 9 for half a day. Please reserve the bikes with us at the reception!

To make your vacation as pleasant as possible, we take some of the work off your hands: all towels are changed 3 times a week (MO, WED, FR) in the late morning, provided they are on the floor and you show us thus that you like them to be changed.
If you need fresh hand and shower towels every day, this is possible for an extra charge. A thorough cleaning and fresh bed linen are included once a week for stays of at least 7 days.

We are happy to reserve the sauna exclusively for you! Temperature, fragrance and music according to your wishes. There are three times a day to choose from (9-11 am / 1-15 pm / 6:30-8:30 pm). Please inquire as early as possible since places are limited!

Our small self-service shop is located next to reception. There you will find coffee, tea, snacks and a well-stocked wine fridge. You are welcome to help yourself. Please enter what you have taken into the list.

There are sun loungers and parasols on the beach reserved just for you (the loungers are labeled with your apartment number)
For even more comfort, we provide you with your own comfortable sun lounger cushions and a cover for them for the night.

The water in Carinthia is so clear and pure that you can even drink the water in the lake, but above all our tap water, without any worries.
If you prefer it sparkling water, you can lent a Soda Stream from us for the duration of your stay - one-off charge: €9

The garbage bins in your apartment are emptied by us 3 times a week. For additional waste disposal, you can use our waste garbage cans in the parking lot at any time.

If you would also like to make a contribution to environmental protection, we ask you to separate your garbage carefully.
In the living room you will find a paper collector, in the kitchen under the sink a container for plastic and cans, one for residual waste and a small organic waste container. You can simply leave glass bottles on the floor in the kitchen or take them to the container in the parking lot.

To reduce plastic waste as much as possible, we only use biodegradable bin liners throughout the hotel. The Fabico capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are also made from corn starch and decompose in organic waste - without leaving behind any environmentally harmful residues.

Don't rely on the weather data on your smartphone - the Carinthian valleys, lakes and mountains create a microclimate that can only be correctly interpreted by experienced, regional meteorologists - we recommend the ZAMG website www.wetter.zone.
